Request more information

  • If you are interested in joining the club, or if you just want to speak with someone regarding membership, please click on the “Request more info” button, and fill out a quick contact information form. This will secure you a spot on the entry list (there is no obligation on your part), and someone from our membership team will contact you shortly.
  • Alternatively, you can call us at (347) 7-FLY-PFC (347-735-9732) and ask for Will Wnekowicz.
  • Club membership is limited, however we are always open for new applications, since membership positions do become available from time to time.

The membership process

  • When you are ready to proceed to membership, as a first step, please click on “Request more info” button, and provide us with your basic contact information.
  • We will then ask you to fill out a formal application form, which asks for a summary of your flying history, your interest in the club, and a few references.
  • The candidate will then be asked to meet with our board of trustees. This provides the opportunity for the board to answer any questions the candidate might have regarding the club and its operations, and it offers the board a chance to get to know the candidate.
  • Following this meeting, the candidate will be put into contact with a club CFI for the checkride. Regardless of any advanced certificates and ratings held by the candidate, the checkride is to Private Pilot PTS.
  • Upon successful completion of the checkride, the candidate is invited to the next general meeting at which the membership votes in the new member. Of course, candidates and anyone who is interested are welcome to join our general meetings at any time.
